Role Summary 
This is a hands-on, site-based engineering role working physically on trains and in rail environments. The role requires regular travel to live rail sites across the UK and physical installation and maintenance work on rolling stock. 
We are looking for an Engineer to join our Site Team, carrying out hands-on installation, commissioning, and maintenance work directly on trains predominantly out of our Derby production facility with occasional nationwide visits. 
This is a practical, physically active role involving regular work on rolling stock, in depots, sidings, and other rail environments. <li>Report faults, hazards, and incidents to the supervisor/manager.</li>
<li>Support other site operations as required.</li>

<li>Safety-conscious, responsible, and punctual</li>
<li>Able to carry out the physical aspects of the role, including manual handling, working on and around rolling stock, and spending extended periods on site, with reasonable adjustments where applicable.</li>
<li>Experience delivering projects in an industrial environment; rail industry experience and certification desirable</li>
<li>A UK driving licence, along with flexibility to travel to sites across the UK, is essential for this role.</li>
