Get your projects on track
We specialise in supplying Rail workers with experience in many different specialist areas. We can support nearly any project, whether you need a full range of staff or just workers to carry out a certain job. Coyle can supply you with staff at all levels, from gangs of experienced trackmen, lookouts, health & safety officers, all the way up to site and project managers.
The majority of candidates we provide to the Rail industry work on a temporary or contract basis, as this allows greater flexibility and is more responsive to changing project requirements. However, we also place a number of candidates into permanent roles, requiring high skill levels and industry experience.
Areas we specialise in include:
- Signalling & Telecoms
- Electrical & Power
- Civils
- Safety Critical
- Overhead Lines
Best compliance and welfare in the industry
Coyle say with confidence that we have exceptional compliance and assurance processes. We are the only agency in the industry to calculate real-time fatigue levels. Our systems will not allow us to book a worker unless they are deemed to be safe to work, increasing the safety of everyone on site.
Our competency management systems mean that we will never send a candidate out for work that they are not qualified for. On top of this, we meet every worker personally to make sure they meet the requirements for working on the rail.
The health, safety and welfare of our workers are of paramount importance to us. We hold regular health and safety briefings with our candidates and send out health & safety updates through our own bespoke service, ‘Health & Safety Matters’. We also offer a 24-hour employee helpline to offer help and advice to any employee.
Training & development
We believe it’s our responsibility as an employer to encourage our candidates to develop their skills and progress in their careers. We make it a priority to help trainees and apprentices break into the sector. This not only helps our workers to achieve more but also helps our clients as we have more skilled workers available.
As a sustainable recruiter, we understand the importance of building a multi-skilled workforce. This means we are able to offer more value to our clients. It is also our way of addressing skill shortages in the industry.
