Ganymede's core business is the supply and operation of contingent labour within the Rail Industry.

Additionally Ganymede provide and manage contingent labour within the sectors of construction, infrastructure, highways, general civil engineering and utilities.

As a Link-up approved supplier, Ganymede are a leading provider of blue and white-collar skilled and semi-skilled labour, safety critical track personnel and technical staff on call off and temporary term contracts.

Ganymede provides the best possible service to our clients and candidates, and continually strives to maintain a healthy, safe working environment for our employees.

Ganymede draws on the full resources of the Group to support delivery to all clients including the utilisation of our regional offices and over 70 staff. Operational functions, including administration, commercial and finance are controlled centrally from head office facilities in Derby.

Ganymede's strategy over the next 3-5 years is to continue to grow our capability and business volumes through partnering with our Groups UK sister companies ATA recruitment and Global Staffing Solutions. Offering a complete recruitment service, providing concept to completion skill sets through candidates sourced from both a domestic and international arena.

We believe we can attract, source and deploy candidates on both short and long term assignments whilst supporting the UK Rail industry replenish its stock of indigenous skills through apprenticeships and retraining programmes.
