Graduates
We are always keen to attract the best graduates. But we know there is a great deal of choice and a lot of competition for high calibre graduates, so we offer you two ways to join us as a direct entrant:
- Direct Entrance – If you are in your final year of an engineering degree, or have recently graduated, you can apply directly through this website. Joining as a Graduate Engineer in your specialist field, you will enjoy early responsibility and develop your skills with the leadership of our experienced engineers. Some relevant experience would be an advantage when you join us this way.
To apply via this route, search for Graduate Engineer vacancies in your preferred location and your discipline.- Corus Group Graduate Training Scheme – If you are looking for a formal programme, this could be ideal. You will follow a two-year training scheme and spend time in each discipline to achieve your professional ambitions. Playing an active role in real projects from the start, your learning begins on day one.
After two years, you will have a full appreciation of our multi-disciplinary approach and can start to specialise in specific areas.
To join this scheme, you must have (or be expecting) a 2.2 (Hons) relevant engineering degree.
To apply for the Corus Group Graduate Training Scheme please visit www.corusgroupcareers.comPlease note you cannot apply for the Corus Group Graduate training scheme through this website.
‘Why did I choose Corus? My criteria were location, sector, progression and development – even though other companies offered chartership as well. The personal touch definitely helped with the decision. I emailed Corus with a list of questions and got a quick response. Being able to start in April also influenced my choice – I have an overdraft to pay off!’
