Graduate Scheme
The condition of Britain’s railway is a hotly debated issue in the country. If you’re a graduate with a minimum 2:2 honours degree gained in the last two years, you can do more than simply add your voice to the debate. This is a chance to do something about the railway… to make visible improvements to the country’s transport infrastructure… to positively impact the everyday lives of millions of people.
We need graduates with an engineering degree accredited by the ICE, IEE or IMechE, as well as those from any discipline who are keen to pursue a career in general management. Whichever path you take, we will give you a thorough training that will address your career aspirations as well as the needs of the business.
All our programmes are structured, but ultimately the onus will be on you to accept responsibility for your career development. This means taking the initiative, planning ahead, networking with people in areas you are interested in and grabbing every opportunity going. Nothing will be handed to you on a plate, and you will need plenty of resilience and self-motivation. If you believe you have these qualities, take a look at the training programme that interests you. See our website http://www.networkrailcareers.co.uk/graduates.cfm for more details.
