Bodyguard Workwear Ltd has been established since 1975. Using our expertise in garment design and manufacture as a foundation we have gone onto establish ourselves as one of the forefront distributors of Safety Clothing and PPE. Over the years we have secured close working partnerships with some of the largest Construction, Petrochemicals, Utilities and Transport companies. Bodyguard Workwear Ltd are unique in that we can easily service any account from the largest contractors to the sole trader, each customer is important to us. Having been established for over 35 years, we have gained a thorough understanding of safety clothing. From the exact fabric and materials which are required for construction to the demands which need to be met for the ultimate wearer. The company has been at the forefront of technical and design development in the safety clothing industry. An excellent example of this is the exclusive Vapourking range. Our design team took a fresh look at storm proof clothing introducing 16 new features to all Vapourking clothing. We were the first to introduce a ‘moisture wicking' system to aid breathability, contoured storm protector collars, zip in bodywarmer system. These features were so successful, most have become standard in the industry.
All our Rail Specification Clothing meets the stringent testing required for GO/RT3279 and EN471:2003 certification. The GO/RT3279 standard ensures that protective clothing is suitable for use specifically on and around the tracks. High visibility clothing needs to meet the EN471:2003 safety standard, this ensures that High visibility clothing provides the wearer with maximum expected level of visibility.
Bodyguard Workwear are unique in that we team both off shore production with a UK manufacturing plant. With the combination of both we can provide larger stock levels with the ability to tailor make customer requirements. We are the only manufacturer offering a truly bespoke service. With off shore and UK manufacturing we work with only the best design technicians to develop the advanced specifications and fabrics for our garments. Each garment must reach strict industry standards before reaching the end user.
