Our technical and commercial expertise enables us to handle long and short-term managed contracts. Working in partnership with our clients, including those with PPP and PFI deals, enables us to deliver services via a pre-qualified framework agreement, or to provide targeted project management and consultancy solutions.

RMS is also an employment Agency and an Employment Business based in Portsmouth and London providing both permanent and contract opportunities for experienced railway professionals in the UK and abroad.
