Reed Smith’s U.K. offices were established when we joined forces with Warner Cranston in January 2001. Warner Cranston was founded in 1979 in London and in 1986 in the Midlands.

The U.K. offices have expanded rapidly over the ensuing years and are particularly well known for their international links - approximately 50% of the total U.K. revenue comes from overseas clients.

Reed Smith in the U.K. excels in Business & Finance, Litigation, Employment, Business Immigration and Real Estate. The firm is developing a strong presence in the U.K. Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology markets which are well-established focus areas of the U.S. practice.

The firm also provides high level legal advice in e-commerce, IT and French and German law.  The Midlands office also has a Risk & Liability department that handles all types of personal injury related issues including health and safety, employers’ and public liability.
