Who Are Sigma?

Sigma Surveying Services Limited (“Sigma”) is an RICS registered (Reg No 044094) national company of Quantity Surveyors and Procurement specialists, established in June 2006.

The company was formed and is currently managed by three experienced Commercial Managers with quantity surveying backgrounds, which is further supplemented by their in-depth knowledge of the rail, civil engineering and procurement market sectors.

Services offered by Sigma

Sigma can offer a full range of Quantity Surveying and Commercial Support Services ranging from initial feasibility estimating and procurement advice, through to full post contract management and Final Account resolution services. Sigma can offer these services to clients to manage their projects or portfolio’s of work for long or short term commissions, either in the form of individuals or bespoke ‘parachute’ commercial teams.
