A Meeting of Minds for CIRAS

CIRAS (the Confidential Incident Reporting and Analysis System) has been getting in person feedback from clients and customers.An event in London enabled CIRAS bosses to get first hand reaction to their independent service from train operators and rail contractors. CIRAS allows industry staff to report in confidence any safety concerns.
CIRAS head John Mummery said: “It was a great opportunity to meet with our representatives, and find out what they think of CIRAS. We have received some very useful suggestions, and we’ll be organising more events in the future with a view to continuing to improve our operation.”
