Virgin Trains’ customer service director, Brenda Klug has left thBrenda Klugge company.


Brenda is planning to write a book on customer service. She will be fondly remembered by staff at Virgin and by senior management. Klug formerly worked for British Airways.
Chris Green privately admits he had to fight to recruit her from Mr B and Mr A. She quickly proved her worth endeavouring to give Virgin Trains an even, company-wide, delivery of good customer service. Frequently appearing on the trains, Brenda also pioneered Virgin Mindstore, a system of personal development delivered by Jack Black. Leading business and sports figures from Gavin Hastings to Brenda herself, have put their success down to using Black’s Mindstore training.
Chris Green presented Brenda with a boxed model locomotive at a farewell party in September. Rail chiefs across the industry are reportedly awaiting Brenda’s book with scarcely concealed impatience
