Heathrow Express has carried off Britain’s top award for customer service at the National Customer Service Awards ceremony held at London’s Grosvenor House hotel.
The premier air-rail link was judged to be the Customer Service Team of the Year and beat stiff competition from a wide range of industries known for excellence in customer services. The National Customer Service Awards recognise the pinnacle in customer service across all UK companies.
Heathrow Express, the winner of the Customer Service Team of the Year within the Transport and Distribution sector, was selected by judges for the top award from ten award winners who represent the very best in customer service within their sector.
Brian Raven, Managing Director at Heathrow Express, said, ‘This award is a magnificent achievement for Heathrow Express. To be judged as the best in customer service is a triumph for our customer service ethos and true recognition of everyone in the Heathrow Express team.
