It is run by First ScotRail’s sister company, FirstInfo.
Scotland’s Transport Minister Tavish Scott opened the centre, which meets the promise made by the operator to open a contact centre in the first year of its franchise operation.
Mary Dickson, First ScotRail’s Managing Director, said: “We have focused on improving customer services across all areas of our business. By bringing services together in one location, we can raise quality and better meet the needs of our customers.”
