New head of drivers role at London Midland

Terry Brissenden has taken up the newly created role as Head of Drivers at London Midland with responsibility for some 600 drivers and the driver management team.
Terry’s focus will be on ensuring that strong foundations are laid for long term performance with an experienced team of drivers today and in the future.
Joining from First Capital Connect, where he was Head of New Trains, Terry has 21 years’ experience in the railway industry including time as a driver. Commenting on his new appointment, Terry said: “I think of London Midland as my home train operating company.
"My number one priority is to support our drivers and managers to deliver a safe and high performing train service for our customers”.
