New Regional Director, Projects Division for GrantRail

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Colin Neil to the position of Regional Director for the Projects Division reporting to David Moreland, Director Major Projects.
Colin will be working closely with the Corporate Business Development Team to develop and move the business forward in Northern England and Scotland.
Colin is a chartered civil engineer, with 32 years experience in the construction industry. Until recently he was the Director of First Engineering Track Renewals Division, responsible for the delivery of Network Rail’s annual Plain Line Track Renewals Contract both in Scotland and the North West Region.
Colin has previously worked for Kvaerner Construction Ltd in Scotland, where he gained a wide range of experience in commercial, managerial, technical and contractual skills.
