Virgin CrossCountry is accepting airline tickets throughout its network today, Thursday 10 August, during airport disruption caused by the current heightened security situation.

The company’s trains link the south-west and south coast with north-west and north-east England and Scotland via Birmingham.

Air passengers intending to use domestic flights from regional airports throughout mainland Britain are welcome to use Virgin CrossCountry services throughout the day on production of proof of airline travel validated for today.
