Road Rail Plant Contract Win for Balfour Beatty

Balfour Beatty has won a three year road rail framework contract from Network Rail, worth £6million.The contract, which could be extended for a further two years, will see plant supplied to engineering projects on the Wessex, Great Eastern, and West Anglian and North London lines.
Keith Fidler, Balfour Beatty Rail Plant Ltd Managing Director, said quality and safety had been Network Rail’s key requirements in issuing the contracts. He said: “This further demonstrates our string position and reputation within the marketplace.”
