Whenever a stretch of rail track requires repair or maintenance, gaining safe and rapid access to the track is a key factor in how efficiently the work can be carried out.
SkyBlue Rail’s specialist Road Rail Access Points (RRAPS) team has been set up to provide a flexible, dedicated and competent workforce, who are able to travel the length and breath of the country at short notice. Rapid response times are critical, to minimise disruption to services and ensure that planned possessions do not overrun.
SkyBlue Rail provide training in specialist techniques to reduce the time taken for both installation and dismantling of RRAPS at our own premises in Walsall. Their teams can travel wherever they are required, and are experienced in the use of the latest equipment, crossing types and materials.
