Edinburgh Waverley
£150m redevelopment, funded by the Scottish Executive and managed by Network Rail, first phase scheduled January 2006 - late 2007. This involves two contracts - £24m to AMEC SPIE Rail for track and platform improvements, and £29m to Westinghouse Rail Systems for upgraded signalling and telecoms. Will enable capacity to increase from 24 to 28 trains per hour.
