Working on specific client accounts you will source candidates such as but not limited to Gateline operators, Customer Service staff, Night security Staff and Cleaners.
Your duties will be to supply and develop the existing client database and to identify and develop new Business. Your day – to – day responsibilities will include screening and interviewing candidates , arranging interviews ,supporting candidates through the selection process. You will also build a strong relationship with clients , gain a great understanding of their business and requirements and offer support and advice on recruitment related issues. Ideally you will have some previous experience gained in the recruitment industry. You will be required to have great people skills and a resilient attitude , a desire to deliver and have great verbal and written communication skills.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:
- To create, develop and maintain effective working relationships with client companies in the designated fast paced industry sector.
- Establish and build effective working relationships with candidates and actively sell the services of candidates who are available for placement or assignment.
- Correctly interpret the client’s requirements, search and select candidates whose qualifications and experience best match the clients job profile. Verify references and qualifications as applicable.
- Assist clients in defining requirements. Seek innovative solutions to client manpower problems and consider new methods of sourcing suitable candidates, plus be involved in the rostering of staff.
- Ensure effective financial management of client accounts by regularly reviewing the payment status and lobbying for payment in accordance with agreed contract terms.
- Keep abreast of events and developments in the designated industry sector.
- Develop and maintain regular contact with clients both by telephone and by meetings.
- Maintain contact with registered candidates. Ensure that details held on both file and computer are updated on a regular basis.
- Maintain database of clients, contacts, candidates and vacancies.
- Uphold the principles of the company Integrated Management System and assist in the development of policies and procedures as required.
