Job description

Be responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of CTG (La Compagnie du TRANSGUINEEN)
-
Promote the implementation of accounting policies, coordinate major accounting treatments, and provide guidance on policy execution to subsidiaries.

Organize and coordinate the company's annual financial closing and audit processes, prepare annual financial statements, and compile the company's annual work report.

Implement the approval and execution of the annual profit distribution plan.

Develop and improve tax-related management systems and establish a comprehensive tax management framework.

Strengthen tax risk prevention and control by developing targeted measures and conducting regular supervision and inspection of tax risks; cooperate with external tax audits, maintain good communication with tax authorities in operating jurisdictions, and foster a favourable external environment for tax management.

Research fiscal and tax policies as well as relevant agreements to secure tax incentives and fiscal subsidies for the company; oversee all tax filings to ensure compliance by the company and related individuals; be responsible for annual tax settlement and documentation filing.

Manage internal cross-border related-party transactions transfer pricing, VAT input-output balancing, key tax source reporting; country-by-country reporting, and large taxpayer reporting (including "Top 1000 Enterprises" information).

Be responsible for the company's annual tax settlement and preparation of contemporaneous documentation to provide a favourable tax environment for sustainable operations.

Organize and coordinate various tax inspections, while providing guidance and supervision on tax matters for subsidiaries
Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation, Auditing, or a related field;

Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or Tax Accountant are preferred.

The official operating language of CTG is French. Chinese and English may serve as working languages. Under equal conditions, those who are proficient in French will be preferred.

Strong cross-cultural communication skills to effectively liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and subsidiaries across different regions.

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting, tax management, or multinational corporate finance and taxation, with a solid understanding of IFRS and local tax regulations;

Prior experience in African or Francophone countries is highly preferred;

Experience in cross-border transfer pricing, tax planning, tax compliance, and tax dispute resolution.

Proficient in corporate financial accounting, consolidated financial statements, and year-end closing processes;

Skilled in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and tax filing systems;

Strong data analysis skills to optimize tax and financial management through data insights.

Highly responsible with strong compliance awareness and risk sensitivity;

Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage cross-departmental and cross-regional finance and tax operations;

Adaptable to an international work environment, willing to undertake short-term business trips or remote collaboration.
