I am currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to work with my client in Hampshire on a contract basis.

My client is implementing a Master Data Management solution using the Information Builders toolset. Applicants to this role will require a strong background within data to enable them to be able to form the bridge between business and systems by correlating business processes to data components and analysing data to define quality/cleansing rules. The successful applicant must also be familiar with and able to develop user stories to feed inputs on to the development team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Identification of business challenges and opportunities to support stakeholders to articulate their business needs
• Analyse requirements and data to support solution design
• Develop a good understanding of processes, tools and resources across the business
• Development of new processes through analysis of relevant data and construction of new solutions
• Develop and maintain relevant documentation
• Support of acceptance testing

Ideally, the successful applicant will hold a Business or Process Analysis qualification.

Experience/skills required:

• Stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills at all levels within the business
• Writing epics and user stories, processes, procedures and user guides
• Proactive and delivery focussed
• Experience of implementing Master Data Management solutions and establishing Data Governance frameworks
• Business Analysis for data programmes
