My client, a large Transport organisation, is looking to engage a Business Analyst on an initial 6-month assignment. The organisation is currently implementing a completely new smart ticketing system across their network and is looking for extensive support in order to deliver results against tight deadlines. They are particularly interested in individuals with a background within the payments/transaction/retail industries.
This Business Analyst will be responsible for process mapping and requirement gathering around the business and customer experience change caused by the introduction of a new ticketing system. This individual will be working to tight deadlines in conjunction with a wider team and will be focused on delivering accurate, concise results from the moment they start.
Required Skills & Experience:
-Extensive experience as a Business Analyst
-Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
-Payments/Transactions experience is essential
-Process Mapping experience
-Change Management experience
-Rail/Bus/Transport experience (highly desirable)
