My client is a leading infrastructure company heading up the largest infrastructure project in Europe. They are looking for a People Analytics Analyst to deliver reporting and insight connected to regular data needs and ad hoc requests. In addition, the analyst leads on responses that come in on an ad-hoc basis against FOI, parliamentary questions, and other requests.

Your responsibilities as a People Analytics Analyst will include:

• Create and develop accurate and timely reports for external bodies (DFT, NAO, ONS) and ensure compliance with Government rules and regulations
• Produce self-service interactive reports and dashboards which can be used by consumers to assess performance and make decisions in line with the reporting calendar using data visualisation tool such as Power BI
• Develop an order book of data and analytical developments and effectively manage stakeholder expectations against this order book balancing cost of delivery against expected benefit delivered
• Identify ways to improve business processes and overall system data quality

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £34,672 - £43,355

Requirements:

• Experience in a data analysis role
• Experience using Oracle, SAP or a similar system
• Expert MS Excel user skills using advanced functions and formulas up to and including VBA and SQL programming to produce automated interactive reports and dashboards.
• Ability to produce visualizations of data
