IT SERVICE DESK ANALYST – NORTH WEST/WFH – 6 MONTHS CONTRACT BASIS – £207 PER DAY
ARM are currently working closely with a well- known rail client who is seeking for a It Service Desk Analyst based in Manchester on a 6 months contract
About You:
To be considered for this role you will need:
•ITIL qualification or foundation level with experience working in a ITIL service environment
• Working experience of IT service desk analyst in a large corporate environment
• Assyst experience would be beneficial - but not essential
• Must be able to explain technical terminology in basic terms
What you will be doing:
In this role you will be supporting either a Customer Service Manager or a Senior Customer Service Manager to help analyse and support customer expectation and satisfaction, ensuring that agreed services from ICT and supplier communities are being delivered to agreed business and service level requirements. You will also identifying and responding to opportunities for providing improved services to the business organisation.
This role will be office based in Manchester/ work from home – in the office 1 day per week.
Flexible for shift start and end times:- Covering 7am until 7pm with a view to extend from 7am to 9pm - Monday to Friday.
This role is a 6 Month Contract basis.
The rate will be set as £207 Per Day - Inside IR35 (UMB)
