We now have an opportunity for a Performance Analyst to join our Asset Management team. This is a permanent role being offered on a full-time basis or as a job share. The post holder/s will be expected to interface with customer and supplier representatives as well as internal stakeholders across the business and support the Asset Management team in providing robust data analysis to the business.

PURPOSE OF JOB
Through the analysis of data provide the appropriate dashboards to support and guide the business asset leads in data quality, root cause analysis, fault prediction, development of asset improvement plans, predict & prevent maintenance strategies and ultimately build whole life asset management tools. Support the Asset Management Team (AMT) and undertake additional and ad-hoc tasks applicable to role as required.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Provide data analysis using a business intelligence system (Power BI) to identify trends and clusters for inclusion into the asset reliability plans and to assist the asset leads in identifying improvements and solutions for improving reliability, performance and productivity optimisation.
• Own the reporting of KPI’s for performance, reliability of assets and progress of reliability improvement initiatives for different activities. Develop, amend and improve the reports to support business requirements as necessary.
• Engage with asset areas leads to establish root cause of failures to provide informed and accurate information to senior team.
• Responsible for validating and reporting on the quality of the asset data within the Asset Management system, DLR Metro.
• Provide data analysis using a business intelligence system (Power BI) to facilitate the development of a Predict & Prevent maintenance strategy.
• Deliver presentations to all areas across the business from SMT level to point of use teams.
• Support Asset Management Team (AMT) and undertake additional and ad-hoc tasks applicable to role as required.
ESSENTIAL / DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
• Higher education qualification in Mathematics or Statistics
• Advanced IT skills; Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Access, Word and other office applications are essential
• SQL reporting knowledge or capability desirable
• Good social skills & ability to communicate/present at all levels
• Good written skills with ability to adapt writing style based on required audience
• Ability to analyse large quantities of data and produce clear concise conclusions
• Ability to work as part of a team or of their own initiative
