Job Title - Performance & Reporting Analyst
Location - Birmingham, Baskerville House
Rates - Up to £351.49 LTD/Umbrella OR £308.80 PAYE per day | IN SCOPE OF IR35
About the role:
As an experienced Performance and Reporting Analyst you will be in a critical support role to Network Rails delivery teams by providing them with the tools to monitor programme plans, risks and performance targets, and by delivering a high quality analytical support service as part of a central programme controls functional team.
What you will do:
- Provide and maintain effective Reporting solutions and systems.
- Provide an effective day-day service to the regional programme controls function assisting with reporting on programme performance in various areas.
- Act as co-developer for functional SharePoint site including creation and support of sites and pages, MS Flow workflows, Power BI reports and dashboards, and Power Apps applications.
- Provide an analysis of the functional and programme information, looking for anomalies and key trends against the recorded baselines.
- Analyse new business requirements and provide support on the creation of solutions.
Your experience will include:
- Advanced knowledge and experience of Office 365 SharePoint, Flow, Power Apps & Power BI
- Expert Excel including use of complex formulae and advanced VBA skills
- Advanced MS Access (or similar) / SQL experience
- Excellent analysis and report writing skills
- Experience in producing documentation to support analysis, including options and recommendations for improvement
- Experience of Impact, Systems & Business analysis
- Experience in looking at trends and patterns and are happy to investigate issues and discrepancies
