General Description:
To provide administrative and analytical support to the Project function within the company.

Project Improvement Analyst
• Create, publish and analyse data capture reports from SAP for the Project Management and Production Operations functions to understand reporting gaps and potential operational improvements.
• Review and analyse data from time bookings and material utilisation (Project Finance Reports) within the business to be able to drive the implementation of continuous improvement deliverables for Project margin improvement.
• Manage and analyse business KPI’s and metrics to assist in the identification of areas for improvement and monitoring of Project delivery.
• Support the initialisation of Project contracts within Sap, including but not limited to sales and service order creation, updates and amendments to unit schedules and client/production amendments to that data.
• Support the data input into client portals in respect of tasks completed.
• Support the data input into Sap to close orders for invoicing.
• To comply with all policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Be able to Manage and control confidential information.
• Monitor and review emails and respond as appropriate.

Education requirements/person specification
• Experience of SAP or equivalent ERP system is highly desirable.
• NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or similar is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Word/Powerpoint/Outlook and highly proficient in Excel for analysis and management of data.
• Time management skills with ability to priorities and multi-task.
• Excellent written and oral skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
• A Good ‘people person’
• Successful candidates must be able to embrace the challenge of constant change within a busy environment
