Job Title - Risk & Value Analyst
Location - Glasgow, St. Vincent Street
Rates - Up to £329.53 LTD/Umbrella OR £294.04 PAYE per day | IN SCOPE OF IR35
About the role:
The Risk & Value Analyst will be delivering risk and value support to a mix of projects, from large to small in terms of £, £1m to £100m, and of a range of complexity. Your main focus will be to provide specialist Risk and Value Management services to project and programme teams.
What you will do:
- Deliver Risk & Value Management specialist support services as directed and in accordance with R&V Plans and the IP ER&VM Framework.
- Ideally as the Risk and Value Analyst you will facilitate value management workshops i.e. value engineering etc.
- Services include:
- Schedule & Cost Analysis
- Quantitative Cost &/or Schedule Risk Analyses
- Risk Identification / review workshops/ risk reporting
- Value Management studies
- Technical briefings & mentoring of project teams in R&V Management
- Carry out assurance activities as required
- Support R&VM processes in other departments and areas of the business
- Able to coach and challenge management and non-specialists, the results of risk management
Your experience will include:
For this role we are looking for individuals that have Project Risk Management experience / knowledge.
- Ideally you will have previous Network Rail/Railway knowledge
- Hold a Risk qualification or relevant degree would be desirable i.e. IRM/IVM
- Cost and Schedule analysis experience; Must have
- Expert in all aspects of project and business risk management facilitation
- Able to build risk models in several applications, which accurately represent the complexities of cost, schedule and business risk
