Senior Asset Management Analyst in London, United Kingdom

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Asset Management Analyst to work with my client based in London on a permanent basis.

My client is responsible for a large-scale infrastructure project and the post-holder will join the Infrastructure Management Team, who will work through the design and build stages of the project and continue to operate and maintain the running of the completed infrastructure in years to come.

Main purpose:
  • Create a detailed business process map that will be required to support the safe delivery of the Infrastructure Manager capabilities and provides Whole Life Value for Money, using the Level 2 connected IM Target Operating Model as a baseline.
  • Define the decision-making data and information required to determine the health of company assets for the Infrastructure Manager at end state. Define the need, use and identity of the telemetry data required from condition monitoring systems, external interfaces, customers and third parties to provide insight from analytics.
  • Organise this data and information in a manner that is useable by proprietary company IT systems with particular attention paid to the integration of the Digital Twin and alignment with Master Data Management processes.
Role accountabilities:
  • Accountable for the development of a detailed business processes map required to support the delivery of the Infrastructure Manager capabilities for end state. The process maps will be aligned to the end state Target Operating Model. The processes must be safe, logical and provide whole life value for money and be developed through engagement with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • The detailed business processes must be delivered in line with the project and Infrastructure Management critical path organisational state milestones, deliverables and key dependences as detailed within the Infrastructure Management Road Map.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing a strategy that sets out the objectives requirements, approach and plan to identify the decision-making data and information required to determine the health of company assets for the Infrastructure Manager at end state aligned to the Infrastructure Management Framework of documents.
  • Implement the strategy and define what information is required from company assets to implement the Analytical tool (Operational Requirements and Advisory Computational system ORAC).
  • Define the need, context, outcome, and data that is required from internal technical, business and interface systems to create insight for the IM team.

Applicants must have relevant skills and experience ideally a background in asset data management within infrastructure. Rail knowledge/experience would be a bonus.
