What will I be doing?
On a day-to-day basis, your duties will include:
- Receiving and carrying out instructions from the team leader relating to the work programme
- Utilising all mechanical equipment, machinery and hand tools safely and correctly and maintaining them in good working order.
- Installation of fencing and hoardings
- Ensuring that work is carried out effectively, to a high quality and on time.
- Ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed correctly and on time
- Ensuring all duties are carried out in accordance with the H&S at Work Act
- Where required, attend training as directed by the company
- Undertake all duties as directed by the team leader, supervisor and RSSI management team
What are the hours of work?
Hours of work will vary depending upon time of year. During the summer months the hours will be from 0730 until 1730. During the winter months hours of work will be 0800 to 1630.
What experience would we like you to have?
It is essential that the successful candidate holds a current CSCS qualification. Previous fencing experience and a Level 2 Fencing Installation qualification is desirable but not essential. Applicants should also hold a full UK driving licence.
