The Opportunity

My Client are looking for Business ISO standards expert to be responsible for developing business processes and standards for the company. You will be also be working in collaboration with the Human Resources team to gain Investors in People and Investors in Diversity accreditation.

This is an opportunity to work with a leading Train Operating company and helping them deliver on the commitments set out under the Franchise Agreement. With this being new role within the company and you have chance to really make this opportunity your own and drive changes across the business.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Achieve and maintain ISO 44001
• Achieve and maintain ISO 20400
• Achieve and maintain ISO 14064
• Support the HR team in achieving and sustaining Investor in People Gold and Investors in Diversity accreditations.
• Propose any other beneficial and relevant ISO accreditations that the business could achieve in order to further strengthen our business proposition.
• Work with the communications teams to ensure internal and external stakeholders are aware of the standards and what we achieve.

The Candidate

The candidate I am looking for will be an expert in business ISO standards with experience in implementing and maintaining ISO <phone number removed> & 14064 standards. You will ideally come from a rail or transportation background, but my client is open to speaking to candidates from other industries.

This role will entail a lot of stakeholder management and influencing of teams to adopt new working practices, so a candidate with strong communication skills and a background in implementing a cultural shift is a must

Essentials

• Experience of working with ISO, IiP or similar accreditations.
• Experience of working in a pressurised environment with restrictive timescales.
• Experience of managing complex tasks with an attention to detail.
• Experience of influencing and changing business processes.
