ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
As part of your day to day role, you are responsible for the following;
- Develop and maintain an Opportunity List / Pipeline which will be supplemented by the divisional
- strategy.
- Develop and maintain a Customer Contact Database
- Identify all potential significant relationships and recommend to the Senior Management Team where
- Relationship Management Plans need to be developed and implemented.
- Undertake a high-level review of received market engagement/PQQ/ ITT / customer pricing requests to
- establish the high-level requirements.
- Present the bid for review at the Stage Gate Bid Go/No Go Review using form FOR3053 Bid Go / No Go
- Decision Form.
- Prepare a monthly Sales Brief for the Management Team which summarizes the sales activity in the period including: -
- Contact made with Customers and Potential Customers,
- Summary of Opportunities and Status
- Forecast of future potential Opportunities where resources may be required to develop offers,
- Opportunities prior to commencing Bid Phase
- Keep the Management Team aware of significant progress against opportunities or new opportunities in
- a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain a portfolio of Business Information & experience in order to support PQQ
- Submissions. The Sales Lead Manager shall prepare PQQ Submissions using company standard portfolio
- documentation where possible
- Support during bid phase 1-3 activities including supporting the development and delivery of Post
- Tender Customer Presentations, Contract Negotiations and Clarifications.
- Maintain contact with the Client Post Tender Submission to ensure a proactive approach is taken Provide lessons learned feedback for lost opportunities and maintain a record such instances Communicate the business no bid decision to the Customer through formal communication where this is required
- Ensure that the contract is signed by Linbrooke Services Ltd in a timely manner and returned to the customer.
- Present the offer for review at the Stagegate Bid Review using form FOR3054 Bid Release Review with records of the reviews being placed in the relevant bid folder.

Desirable
- Experience of designing and implementing business strategy
- Experience of working within a similar industry
- Hold Chartered or Affiliated Member Status
