We are currently dealing with one of the UKs leading multidisciplinary consultancies who are looking to take on an MEP Revit Technician to join their growing Building Services team in Leeds with the possibility of working on a remote hybrid basis. The suitable candidate will get the opportunity to work on exciting projects supporting schemes across a huge range of sectors and fast track their career progression.

The duties of this job include but are not limited to:

• Working closely with engineers in the companys Manchester office.
• Be the port of contact for BIM expertise to the client
• Participate in coordination meetings internally and externally.
• Checking your own work as well as other members of the teams.

The suitable candidate will require:

• Proficient in the use of Revit MEP functionality including modelling systems, creating and working with schedules, creating Sheets
• Proficient in the use of Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Experience in clash detection.
• Strong 3D coordination of all MEP services taking into consideration unique features associated with each service, allowing for access and maintenance, buildability, etc.
• Understanding of BIM terminology.
