  • Work outdoors in all conditions, across various terrains, at any time of the day or night.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the railway by following strict safety protocols and working near moving trains.
  • Lead a team when directed by the team leader, ensuring safe work delivery and that all team members meet required competencies.
  • Serve as a role model for safe working practices, challenging unsafe situations to ensure team safety.
  • Deliver clear instructions to the team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Solve problems by identifying safe and effective solutions and staying updated with new standards and procedures.

  • Work with the team to support various maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Required Skills:

  • Team Leadership - Ability to lead, motivate, and ensure safe, efficient work.
