Rail Comms Maintenance Technician

Role Profile:
As a Maintenance Technician you will be carrying out reactive and planned preventative maintenance activities on SISS (Station Information and Security Systems) Station comms systems throughout greater London. You'll be part of a 24/7 operation providing maintenance services Railway stations systems.

You'll be responsible for:

• Planned and corrective maintenance tasks
• Reporting and fixing faults
• Updating maintenance site reports
• Working in line with company and industry health and safety standards and practices
• Working on SISS assets within a station railway environment

You should have previous experience of installing, maintaining and fault finding on one or more of the following systems: CCTV, Public Address Systems, Customer Information Systems, Help Points, Data Networks, Servers/Control systems or Data/Power cabling.

Ideally you'll need to have a good understanding of Microsoft applications. Preferably hold a Sentinel Card, however training can be provided.

Your work pattern will be 4 shifts on 4 shifts off. Work on an on call rota (on call Payments) as well as shift allowances over and above your normal working week.

Negotiable salary plus benefits and essential vehicle.

Must hold clean Driving licence and be flexible to work shift patterns that include days nights and weekends.
