A leading Engineering consultancy based in Manchester who also have a global presence are currently looking to expand their team by recruit a permanent Senior Highways Engineer/ Technician on major projects on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for conducting site appraisals, feasibility studies and pre application advice. As Senior Highways Engineer/ Technician you will also be responsible for the design of roads, Junctions and drainage, as well as production of pre and post-planning technical reports. You will also undertake Junction capacity modelling, road safety Auditing and utility assessments.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working in Transport planning/ Engineering design consultancy
- Computing ability to produce horizontal vertical highways design
- Familiarity of highway planning procedures EG: section 38/ 278 agreements.
- Experience of working towards UK design principles including MSFs and DMRB
- Knowledge of procedures relating to TROs and Road Safety Audits.
- Hold a Degree in Civil Engineering
- Already be/ or working towards incorporated or chartered status.
