What do you need to bring with you?

1. Excellent fault-finding skills on a variety of electrical and mechanical Rolling Stock systems.
2. Outstanding communication skills as you will be helping the Junior Technicians within your team.
3. A broad knowledge of Rolling Stock maintenance techniques acquired over a couple of years within the industry.

What will you be doing as their Senior Rolling Stock Technician?

A typical shift in this important role will see you fault-find, maintain and repair and update electrical and mechanical systems on-board brand new and older fleets.

You’ll work closely with like-minded technicians and engineers to find workable solutions to complex issues and help develop the next generation of junior technicians by coaching and mentoring Service Teams.

In other words, you’ll be learning while helping others to learn.

Any changes to maintenance processes will be led by you which means you’ll also update instructions and ensure documents are accurate and auditable. This really is the role for you if you love variety.
