Central London, United Kingdom |
£25000 - £35000 per annum |
Permanent
Role: Structural AutoCAD Technician
Location: Central London
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (Negotiable)
I am looking to place an experienced Structural AutoCAD Technician in an engineering and design consultancy based in London. The role requires someone with a strong background in structural projects, with the majority of work completed in AutoCAD or mixed AutoCAD/Revit. Alternatively, someone with an excellent AutoCAD background who was looking to branch out into Structural Revit would also be desirable, as the firm are keen to teach new staff the inner workings of Revit, so that they can continue to diversify their project portfolio.
The firm works on a range of refurbishments projects around London in the commercial and residential sectors, with new builds designed in a range of materials, including specialist glass design when clients require it. An increase in workload has seen the firm take on new structural engineers and technicians in recent months, and their most urgent requirement is for a suitable structural technician who would enjoy the opportunity to learn how to use Revit.
In return for the right structural design experience, the firm offers a range of healthcare and insurance options, generous pension scheme, childcare vouchers, and season ticket loans.
Contractors are not currently being considered for this position; the firm are keen on longevity and are seeking someone who is looking to grow their career, responsibilities and skillset over a protracted period. This role is suited for someone who already has a strong Structural AutoCAD background and previous experience in Revit or a desire to learn how to use it.
