My client, whom is a multi-disciplinary consultancy and have their North West office's situated in central Manchester and Liverpool are now on the lookout for a competent REVIT user within building structures to be based out of their Liverpool office. This consultancy excels in providing the highest quality Civil & Structural consultancy service to their clients in the UK, across all market sectors including both public and commercial projects.

Due to their increasing workload and expanding client base we are currently seeking a Structural REVIT Technician with preferably at least 3 years' experience to join the team in a dynamic, vibrant office in the centre of Liverpool town. The role will be to work on a wide range of a variety of projects, such as Education, Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Health structural schemes, with some retaining clients having projects worth £250k - £35million UK wide. Having a big client base in North West is the main reasoning for the location of the consultancy as it is easy for new client facing technicians to get out on site and expose themselves that side of the role.
They have been rumoured to have won £200 worth of large steel frame schemes within the Commonwealth games.

This is a great opportunity to join a medium sized team for an independent consultancy who believe greatly in in-house progression and development as a Technician, whether that lead you to push through as an engineer or grow a team underneath you, this consultancy will support you. It is an excellent chance to work alongside chartered engineers and learn to adapt with a close knit team. Having around 20 technical members of staff currently in the office, there is a plan in place to grow to 35 men within 1-2 years should the targets in place be hit.

Requirements

• 3-5 year post degree experience.
• Ability to deliver projects through to completion, and work within a multi-disciplinary consultancy.
• Sound technical skills and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Software knowledge in REVIT is vital and needed.
