Assistant Civil Engineer

Location: Reading / Bristol / Birmingham

Salary: GBP £25,000 to £35,000, permanent

We are working with a Leading rail consultancy who are looking for an Assistant Civil Engineer to join their successful Engineering Team based in Reading on a permanent basis with aspects of Hybrid working.

Your role as Assistant Civil Engineer includes working along side a team of engineers and the Lead Project Engineer in producing design delivery of projects.

Experience

• Good understanding of CSM/CDM regulations
• MicroStation and Bentley compliant
• Good Client facing background

Key Accountabilities and objectives

• To oversee design projects and ensuring they are completed to Lead Engineer requirements and timescale.
• Day to Day control of planning, designing and allocation of design works, working towards completion and on time.
• Continuous improvement implementation
• Report to Lead Engineer, identifying any changes to the project client requirements.
