AECOM is currently recruiting for an Associate Director-level in Rail to join our Croydon office.

Minimum Requirements
-
The role will suit a self-motivated individual looking to lead teams and to advance their career in Civil engineering and project management in a dynamic rail team of around 80 engineers and technicians.
-
Proven project management experience delivering to quality, time and budget.
-
Previous exposure with clients of both national and local authorities, together with major contractors.

Previous experience of resource planning and financial reporting is preferre
-
High level technical skills in design, assessment and current inspection.

Ability to manage staff and project Health and Safety responsibilities including compliance with CDM legislation
Preferred Qualifications
-
Degree educated or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Bridge, Civil or Structural Engineering.

Ideally educated to MSc level or equivalent.

Must be a Chartered Engineer with ICE or IStructE.
