Our client, a leading multi-discipline construction consultancy is seeking to recruit a Civil Engineer to join their growing team in North London. They are seeking a well-rounded Civil Engineer with demonstrable experience of drainage section agreements (Section 104, 106 and 185) and Highways agreements (Section 38 & 278). The successful candidate will work on drainage and highway design schemes for residential and commercial infrastructure projects. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with colleagues to design infrastructure projects.
• Using industry standard design software packages such as Civil 3D and PDS to create detailed plans and drawings.
• Collaborating with project managers and team members to ensure that project goals are met.
• Executing site-based or head office functions, liaising with the clients and other contractors staff to collect project specific information as required by the Project Manager.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Providing support to project teams as needed.
• Preparing project proposals and reports.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience in the design of civil infrastructure projects with a strong understanding of Section 104, 106 and 185 Agreements.
• Experienced in the use of relevant design software such as Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, PDS or similar.
• Familiar with the relevant design standards.
• Ability to demonstrate a professional approach and demeanour with a strong ethical approach to safety, quality, and environmental protection.
