Nature and Scope:
The Project Civil Operative will take instructions from and assist the Project Site supervisor safely carrying out minor installation works throughout the Project life cycle.
Key Competencies:
- Full driving licence
- CSCS Operatives Card
- Emergency 1st Aid certificate
Principal Accountabilities:
- Ensuring work activities are carried out in accordance with best working practices and all relevant SHEQ policies and procedures
- Ensure that activities are carried out in an efficient and practical manner
- General builders works (making good, painting etc.)
- General labouring (concreting, shuttering, digging, laying ductwork, core drilling etc.)
- Installation of cable containment
- Assisting Electricians with equipment install, first fix and cabling installation works
- Assist in identifying material requirements to be procured by the Project Manager and assist in distribution and efficient use of materials on site
- Perform duties such as material delivery and collection
- General site housekeeping and tidiness
- Carry out other relevant task from time to time as and when requested by the Site Supervisor in line with individual competencies
