Rail Safety Assessor (Civils) - UAE

EWI are supporting a leading European consultancy in their search for an experience individual with a strong focus on safety assurance in railway infrastructure. Our client is engaged in a significant project in the UAE region and requires a professional with the following skills and qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ISA (Independent Safety Assessment) projects (preferred)
• Provide technical expertise in:
• Railway infrastructure (stations, civil works, track substructure, and superstructure)
• Construction works
• ISA activities and related methods statement (preferred)
• Conduct and oversee safety assurance activities to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Review and approve safety plans, hazard reports, and risk assessments
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure all safety requirements are met
• Oversee and ensure the successful completion of all project phases

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
• Proven ability to manage large-scale railway infrastructure projects with a focus on safety assurance
• Strong technical skills in railway infrastructure and safety assurance
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE
