We have a current opportunity for a Senior Civils Planner on a contract basis. This will be predominantly based out of Huddersfield. This is a role within a very challenging section of Civil works within the Project, and will be site based role between Ravensthorpe and Dewsbury.

This is for a Tier 1 client who specialise in Rail and Civils work, and are the PC's on one of Yorkshire's biggest most exciting projects.

We are looking for a Senior Planner or Lead Planner full experienced within Rail Civil's projects, Civil's works, Groundwork's and Earthworks.

Please see below some essential experience from the client for the Senior Planner -
- Has good working knowledge of P6 planning within Civil & Rail environment.
- Ideally worked on a complex Civil engineering scheme with multiple disciplines.
- A good understanding of Civil engineering and Rail knowledge is preferred.
- Can work within a site team setting, alongside the PM, Agents, QS & engineers etc.
- Good communications to be able to works with Senior members of the team and stakeholders.
- Proactive planner who is able to have meaningful dialogues with all project participants and play a key role in the project.
- Self-driver and independently able to keep a pulse on key aspects of the project.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Good IT skills to enable Smart working.

This is a long term freelance role - INSIDE IR35 RATE NEGOTIABLE £500 PLUS +
ASASP start - notice periods will be taken into consideration

Location is ideally HUDDERSFIELD - However if you don't live local the client is willing to pay a tax free amount of £250 per week (£50 per day) to assist with lodge/travel.
