An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Engineer to provide managerial and technical support to the production teams on site. This will be site based, however will initially be based in Chorley and the North West.

You will have held a similar position within either the rail industry and will have extensive civil engineering knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working on a variety of rail and civil engineering projects, and a good understanding of Network Rail safe systems of work is essential.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of working with and integrating methods of working with Network Rail including:

• Lineside civils
• Sheet piling
• Helical piling
• Earthworks remodelling
• Temporary Works
• Lineside concreting.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, be able to work to their own initiative and have an accurate eye for detail. A full UK driving license is an essential part of the role.
