Are you working towards your qualification with The Institute of Chartered Surveyor with a strong background of working in commercial team environment? Or possibly, completed your RICS qualification and looking for a new opportunity with a large infrastructure sector company?
We are currently looking for an Assistant Commercial Manager in for a position in London for a well known and prestigious company. If successful, you will demonstrate knowledge of financial and administrative in accordance with commercial aspects and supporting the governance of processes in respect of project financial authorities, budgets, purchase orders, change controls, billings, and inter-project/function transfers.
This is a contract opportunity to get your foot in the door of a profound railway based company know for internal development, which is a fantastic move for your career. Initially this will be a 6 month contract suited to someone with at least 2 to 3 years experience of working in a commercial environment and skills in MS Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint.
