Our client, a leading contractor operating within the civil engineering and rail industries is seeking to employ a Commercial Administrator to join their growing Operations Team based in Doncaster.
The successful candidate will offer commercial support to their maintenance contracts team.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial administration of ongoing maintenance projects.
- Administrative support to the Maintenance Operations Team.
- Offering commercial assistance and guidance to Maintenance Manager.
- Timely preparation and submission of monthly applications for payment and invoices.
- Monitoring customer payments and initiating action as required.
- Ensuring compliance with company and contractual quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
- Monitoring contract costs against projected values to identify potential margins.
Essential Skills:
- Experience in Commercial Administration / Accounts.
- Computer literate with sound working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Access.
- Good planning and organisation skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure high levels of accuracy.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
