This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager to work on a high-profile project in Vietnam. Excellent work-life balance

You will have knowledge of the following:

Establishing Cost and Budget Control, Establish procurement& cost control policies

Monitoring Programme and Implementation of work progress

Management of deliverables from Sub-Contractor and also deliverables from the Contractor to the Employer and the Engineer

Review of reports; highlight the deficiencies to Project Manager for necessary actions for improvement

Review and approval of progress claims and payment certification Review relevant Monthly reports, cost reports and highlight financial deficiency to Project Manager for necessary actions

Drafting and monitoring relevant correspondences (Letter) and contractual documents and presenting strategic advice

Dealing with preparation of any current and future claims for Extension of Time, variations and any related loss and expense claims

Submission of final accounts and/or assessing and reviewing any extension of time, variations and related loss and expense claims from the Employer

All other work required of a commercial / contractual nature as instructed by the Employer / Engineer

You must have:

A Degree in Quantity Surveying Knowledge of Contract, Claims and Dispute resolution with various international standard in construction project. Working experience on Metro or Underground projects
